why are you guys wanting them to be powercoated rather than painted. where you can have any colour you want, may more effects ect, only for 60 a rim

Powdercoating is much tougher & won't start chipping off as soon as you drive it

Two Pack is also highly resilient to wear and tear, sometimes moreso than powdercoating when done properly.

Weatherguard Powdercoaters
U1/ 5 Muriel St Bayswater 6053
9272 3999

From memory I got it very cheap... If memory serves correct it may have
been around $110 for all 4 rims (not each). Thats blasted and coated. However
I may be wrong so be sure to shop around.

I think I was lucky coz they just happend to be doing a huge run of white
for another client and just whacked my rims in with it.

Let the group know how you go and the best price you get.

My wheels were painted in two pack and cleared and they have been fine. No chipping or scratches. I think (like most things in life) it's the quality of the application that lets people down, not the process itself.
