Wow... my car was there only last week for a good few months. I have seen this white bug when going in there to talk to the boys. I don't think they would put the brant in Valet mode because they have never done for mine, unless the owner did it.
This really sucks, I would be absolutely spewing if that were my car, hope they get the car back. My car is going back in there soon for tune, there's no way I'm Valet moding my Brant ever. Hope your friend gets his car back.

If in valet mode, hopefully who ever has it thinks nothing of it and once they have turned it on and off enough times, it will be dead in the water and they will just leave it where it stopped.

Doesnt that area of Malaga have street surveillence? Might be worth checking with the Shire of Swan or whom ever operates the camera system to see if anything was captured?

Pretty sure this was the one tryna give me runs on the freeway this morning, Was heading North, Would have followed it if I knew it was stolen and being on the bike I don't think they'd be able to leave me behind.
