Hey guys just spotted this on gumtree:

Not to sure why but for some reason it looks suspiciously like an 04 conversion on a bug-eye?? ...Or is it legit?

I'm not entirely sure and just wanted some help to see if anyone can set it straight. I just thought because of the price.. the STI cluster swap and the interior it somewhat resembled a modded bug.

Has:

- 03-05 WRX spec seats in it.

- 03-05 WRX dark grey rims.

- 03-05 WRX dark silver console fascia.

- 03-05 WRX MOMO wheel (the MOMO logo is a different colour on the 03-05 to the MY01-02 type horn button)

Just looks to me like an 04 WRX with shit headlights and swapped cluster to STi spec..

To be a bug eye converted to peanut, radiator support panel needs to be changed (due to different headlight buckets), and 99% of people wouldn't have put that original blue Subaru sticker back on (the one to the right of the air box scoop).. so good chance it hasn't been swapped out.

If you're interested in the car, just grab the VIN number, post it up here and we'll be able to tell you if its legit or a conversion.
