Hey guys, curious to know how the GT Libertys and Foresters handle and perform compared to a wrx, also within the wrx is there much difference from a sedan to wagon weight/performance wise?

Think of a GT Lib as fatter, softer wrx

Think of the Forri as a fatter softer wrx with a bigger boot

Think of the wagon as a fatter wrx

In the GC/GF series, sedan and wagon are the same floor pan. Same length, width etc. I find very little difference handling wise between the two.

I prefer the Lib's handling as it has a 4" longer wheelbase but it's also maybe 70 - 100kg heavier, otherwise pretty much the same underneath though much nicer inside. Foz maybe a little top heavy and the same as a WRX inside..........WRX wagon and sedan not really any major differences in the GC's but GD wagons have a narrower front end.

If you buy an auto, you may as well not buy a WRX....... seriously! Don't, every day you will want to cry yourself to sleep and you will end up selling it to buy a manual.....
