Haha wow, maybe I'm wrong. Mate posted that car on facebook a while ago while it was parked. Looked like it was kitted with interior lights. But you're right, no aerials. might have to go give him a lecture :P

There is a Black Hatch that is an undercover car, but when I saw it there were no custom plates (It cruises up and down Ocean Reed Rd regularly)
