I am currently cosidering buying an apparent 2000 Forester gt stb. Full Jap spec with 185 kw and digital climate controll. Dont know much about these cars and am worried im going to be ripped off. Finding out information seems to be quite difficult the only thing i could find was a post on mrt stating that you wont be able to register one here and if you do find one then it is most probably a rebirth. What i want to ask is does anyone know if there is anything specific to this model that i can look for to reasure myself that it is the real thing any thoughts on this matter would be much appreciated.

have a look at forum.gtrydaz.com and all your forester questions will be answered ....but with digital climate control it is def jap spec...interior has different seats and colours ...steering wheel ?? momo ?? whole list of things
