I appreciate that there was a lot of inappropriate bagging and and off topic discusion in the for sale section but it was also very informative as discussions often explored benefits and negatives of items as well as feedback on what the item fits.

just an small idea with the for sales, is that due to people not being able to bump their shit all the time a new problem will arise and that is people will create new posts for the same items, maybe as a form of for sale etiquette people that create a new post in order to have it at the front of the que should delete the old one too.
can users delete their own threads in the for sale section?

Being that no replies can be posted in the classifieds section. Posts will stay in date order. This system will stay in place and be reviewed in 2 months time.

I think at least the "Wanted" section should be open to reply.

In past experiences, other peoples replies/topics have helped me directly.

Perhaps you guys could put in a VERY strict rule.

Bumps are not allowed or such.

I agree with Alex, Wanted section does help alot of us around here
