So from CAMS, the same guy who initially said the cage wouldn't pass.

"Assuming the material size and specification is correct, that cage design can be used in all CAMS sanctioned competition.

Sorry for the mix up."

So all good then, for a compromised cage, in a compromise car for a compromise driver.

What i can say, Dan from ART has been great to deal with and always gotten back to me quickly, suggested that I confirm the cage is suitable and any other questions I've had.

Likely to order next week, so will provide details of buying and hen fitment.

Cheers

Tim

CAMS; 'sorry for the mix up'

A mix up that could have turned you away from the sport or cost you thousands of dollars.
Not really good enough effort in my opinion. It was only your persistence that eventually made them do their job properly.

Thanks Doug.

More chasing up a claim of a seller (reseller) and doing due diligence.

Could have also chased this up with AGI, but really happy with what Dan has done. Hopefully the cage is worth of their reselling.

Have also been provided with prices from AGI direct from someone on here and the prices are the same or so close its Meh.

Just have to decide if its one or two bars (x) between the A and B pillar.

Will be looking at lots of cages hopefully tomorrow night.
