Now I just need to decide what to do next. I can upgrade turbo + IC or get a good suspension and wheel setup happening in the next week. My heart says turbo my head says suspension.

Yep, that's why it's a catback and not a turboback.

I have an ultrex downpipe with a high flow cat, it should mate up as it uses the same mounting holes as the stock downpipe.
