That VF29 is good for about 240hp (approx. 180kw) at the hubs with Sti cams & heads.
Don't order that Cosworth oil pump......Order this from Welcome Label - Real Street Performance It's the Dual AVCS high volume pump.
Was just about to put the order through , obviously same sort of flow but allot cheaper . Now Ive just got to find some heads , I take it v6 heads will do the job if i can get some . Got a set of yellow tops for 120 bucks with receipts for flow test and clean at least later on I can do the decap mod if I get carried away lol cheers for the info much appreciated :) |
What intake manifold are you using? can only use pre 99 heads if you want to use the RS intake manifold.

If my missus doesn't murder me first for spending up lol.Just got offered V6 jap spec heads with the sti manifold . I bought some yellow tops today and will probably buy some aftermarket fuel rails . That Fuji Heavy Industries leprechaun must have a sore cock from all the wallet raping he is giving me at the moment  lol

It is a PITA to change to the later manifold
|
Go V3-V4 STI heads and cams. They will fit straight up to your existing manifold and save major headaches.
