My insurance company has tried to adjust the insured value of my car down by $3400 this year "because the car is an import and we realise it is hard to assertain the value".
But they'll only revise back to the original value that I want it insured for with a professional independant evaluation. Who do i get to do this? Cheers. Adrian.

Yeah it turns out their special wording basically means I need to get it valued by 'any car yard'. Bit crap really when car yards would typically offer less than private sale. But that said if they're reasonable about the situation heres hoping for the value I want. So which yard would be best, try somewhere like Subaru ossie park or a small yard?
Such a pain in the behind.
