He is very bad at shop management, he should get another mechanic for sure, and a delivery man.
Scary...that's what I got told by the tuner about the stock 06/07 STi ECUs when it comes to flex fuel tuning.

Can we "flex" fuel tune with a flex fuel sensor on the stock 06/07 ECUs then?
if so please advise where, Sean said it wasn't possible, can Racetorque do it for that year's model?

You're right, I forgot to mention Tokyo Motorsports and RPW also

Nope & nope, I've always said I only tune my own cars (well maybe 1 or 2 others for close friends).
One day he might concede and tune out some small issues with mine ...

That's a hint Rossco :p

This confirms what I stated, that you need an aftermarket ECU (in this article a Link ECU) to achieve a reliable Flex fuel tune on the GDs... exactly what Sean said. Stock Ecu is no good for flex, but it is ok for an E85 only or 98only tune.

^^^ didn't see me saying you were wrong. Providing info that flex fuel setup is possible.

I think people have already identified a mistake you'll make in the future, every 2000km as a matter of fact.
Lol, considering how many people here would disagree with me I would prefer not to comment, and not to be flamed. And like I said I dont like ecu lock is more personal and workshop related, im not ganna state it here.

I think we should move on, at least I will. Im still learning about cars, I will still welcome LOGIC AND REASONALE comments about whatever mistake I made in the future.
