18x9.5 +38 with 255/35R18 or 265/35R18 have been done before.
Rears will need to be rolled and you will most likely get some rubbing under big bumps (depending on how your suspension has been setup).

Straner MY11 Premium WRX - 18x9.5 +38 Rota MXR rims wrapped w/ Nexen 255/35/18 n6000
My08 STI - Volk te37 18x 9.5 wraped with kuhmo ku39 265/35/18
T R3X (Brandon's MY11 WRX HATCH) - Gold Rota Grids 18 x 9.5 +38 Nexen N7000 Tyres 265/35/18

Sweet as cheers man. I was looking at a set with +45 offset. Too much or it would be sweet?

+45 would push the wheel closer to the fender, making the likelihood of rubbing higher.

Brain wasn't fully committed to typing out my previous reply.
An offset of +45 will be closer to the strut assembly and not the fender.

Translates in english to:

How come? I have seen it done before. I mean, you can even see it in Google Images.

What's the problem? Is it the fitment, the offset, or width?

Thanks
