Post Tow Hooks And C/F Advice and legality

Hey guys!

Want to know if Tow Hooks are legal? I wasn't able to find anything about this.
I imagine they can compromise safety to pedestrians if so wouldn't bull bars be illegal?

Also wanting putting a Sebion Carbon hood scoop on my WRX either an OEM style or a different looking scoop haven't decide ill post pics. My friends informed me that carbon bonnets are illegal and shatter on impact can that be the same case with a scoop?

Anyone coped a yellow sticker for either of these?

(Yea, yea i know insert your ricer comments here)

Thanks.

That last pic looks horrible. Spend the money on a front lip, or put it towards a process west verticooler and water-spray, tune or exhaust, some decent suspension. Some decent tyres perhaps.

Yea im leaning to the oem style.

Getting rims and tires atm they land on late march.

Yeah im definitely getting an exhaust and tune but that's way down the road. I want to finish my car off cosmetically. I have a front lip btw i just haven't updated my avatar.

Thanks

Please for the love of all things fucking holy! Don't ruin your Betty & apply that god awful hood scoop. It just doesnt suit your year/model..

That last image =

Everything Richard (RichX) mentioned is the route I'd be taking personally.

Regarding Carbon Fiber, Yes they shatter on impact & are illegal for bonnet & hood Scoops as it's technically part of the Bonnet. In saying that, your friendly local can deem anything they like to be inspected & slap a sticker for inspection. The inspectors will have the final say at the end of the day after checking ADR...

Avoid the ricey mods until u have all the other basic mods that actually make ur car better first.

I reckon the oem style scoop in pic 2 will look great if you continue the black and white theme elsewhere on the car, the scoop in pic 3 that has been photo-shopped on looks fucken homo.

Rice it up bra, don't let these pussies throw you off your game.
