bigger turbo upgrade??

just need to know if u can put a t3 turbo on a subaru liberty rs 2l turbo engine? at the moment its got a t1 turbo, just need to know if it will bolt straight on and how much it will cost for a T3 turbo and a front mount intercooler (rough Price)
any help would be appreciated.
