Have looked at a 96 wrx for 14k with less 90k on the clock and my mate has a 94 with 120k and he wants 12k for his but i dont like the interior(material on seats look pretty cheesy. There is also a 96 wrx for 12.5k with just under 80k kilometers in the quokka but just sold so they are out there just gota look hard for them

I rushed into buying my rex because at the time i didn't have a car and i couldn't handle not being able to drive. It's an MY95. So far i've spent just over $5000 on repairs, But she's in good nick now thanks to the guys at Tenagah. Just need to replace the rattling exhaust and am in need of a new clutch soon.
I had an RAC inspection and it didn't pick up the problems that ended up costing $5000, so skip the RAC check and take it to a subaru specialist like PMH said. I would get them to look at the head gasket as well. Mine was totally corroded!
