Rebuild with standard ~ 4k drive in drive out
Rebuild with forge internals ~ 5.5 to 6k (rough cost) drive in/out

EJ207 (if you can source them due to shortage) - 3.5k + 1.5k labour, drive in/out

2nd hand shortblock - 1.5k (withh avg ks) + 1.5k labour, drive in/out

Rough figures, best to check with more than one workshop for labour cost

go the ej207 route, fantastic motor and u can put alot of boost into this stock . If my engine ever let go *touch wood* i'd throw a 207 in it strait away.
