1 - Do some driver training.
2 - Do some more driver training.
3 - Get a CAMS L2S licence.
4 - Join a car club - WRXOC, AFARCC, WASCC, etc
5 - Get on the mailing list for events held @ AHG Centre, Max Action, AEM events, AMR Speed Event series, Dutton Rally

Doubt it - might be confused with WRXOC - they are now CAMS affiliated.

Cheapest & easiest is to join the CMCSR - see Andrew @ Pitstop Bookshop.
