I beleive that any mods you do before the AFM or after the second 02 sensor wont require a re-tune on modern WRXs

with a stock ecu, i wouldnt think so.
with a decent ecu, you should always assume anything that may improve your power should be accounted for with a retune to make sure your AFR's dont lean out.
