Spotted Sickem Rex, I think, this morning on Middle Swan Rd or thereabouts (near Great Northern Hway). I was the guy in the yellow vest, traffic controlling, as some guy decided to breakdown on the bridge and was causing traffic congestion. Also saw another rexie with personal plates but didn't catch them.
