Getting conflicting reports on the use of Redline Lightweight Shockproof in a GC8 5 speed.
Some people whose opinion I hold in very high regard tell me it is fine. Couple of others say dont do it.

Anyone here actually using/used it? Any problems?

Put the Redline LW in over the weekend.
Noticed an immediate improvement when shifting.

A lot of people say how expensive it is, but I don't think it is that bad.
Particularly if it helps prolong the life of my box.

I managed to pick up the 1 gallon bottle for $100.
