Hi guys,


Need some help with this one. I have a 2011 WRX.

When i press the lock button on the key fob there is no chirp or horn noise to say the security is set. The only thing is that the lights flash.
I know there is some sequence you can do where you sit in the car hold the power door lock button and pull the key in and out 6 times to set or reset it.
Problem i have is which ive posted in another thread that my power door lock switch doesnt work for some reason so i cant do that trick.


What else can i check to see why i get no chirp?

Try unlock and lock 3 times that works on mine.

also worked for me, 3 times in a row and it's okay
