I do a lot of trips between perth and albany and it saves me plenty of time washing my car.

Does it cover the headlights, and a mesh for the radiator?

Mine has plastic over the headlights, but it doesn't cover my radiator.
I have seen some that do, with mesh.

(It's missing the bit that covers the bottom on the front bar, in the photo)

A mate of mine owned his EVO9 for a week and thought because he was going to the county he'd buy a car bra. When he took it off it had rubbed the paint off the side skirts in two places and scratched the bonnet. Much worse than it would have been without it!!!

Aww c'mon guys..... we all know that the car bra's primary purpose is to make the front less reflective to speed measuring devices.....

Why pay all the money for your good looking car only to put a stupid half cover over the bonnet???? Some of you guys need to get out more

Every drive I do is 100km + down in the country and bugs are just that!! Bugs. You wash them off. My car is 9 months old and done 30,000k country driving and still looks brand new.

Spend the $1000 that the car bra might cost on a detail clean after your odd drive out into the country..... Yee Haa

And you wash the stone chips off with what , all my driving is country and put an average of 900klms every second week on my car , bugs dont worry me but the stone chips do , i had the clear contact like film on my last car . and it saved my "good looking car " from being in the panel beaters every couple of months getting the bonnet and spoilers re painted , i think if i got a car bra id only definetely use it just on country runs and not all the time .

As far as i know some companies do make them colour coded. It is more expensive. Not sure how much though.

Have a look here http://www.carbra.com.au/examples.htm

I paid $150 for mine, but it was second hand. I would guess brand new and colour coded it would be well over $300.

Only use mine on trips between Perth and Albany, esspecially at dusk. The bugs are insane on a warm night.
