GC8's glove box

hay all trying to work out what this thing is for in the glove box, it looks like u put your street directroy in there but i tryed and then the glove box wont close, wtf is it any one

yer i think it holds the manual for the car and etc. that u get in that little subaru pouch..

i wish the 06 had one of those, stupid "bible" of a thing gets in the way all the time.
