Default wat to look for???

hey ladies and gents

i am on the market for a new car i am looking for a 05 sti. i been thinking of upgrading coz my car is getting old now and i thought its time to upgrade

i was wondering if anyone can tell wat to look for when buying one? is there anything i should be worried about? ie oikl leaks etc.... or is it to young of a car to have a repeditive problem like that.

my other dilemma is while i was looking for the new car on wednesday i also found a evo VIII MR that i really liked

so now i have the dilemma of i cant make up my mind. i want to start getting serious about startin to do some track work so i am kinda leaning towards the evo but i love the rex's so much

Is there anything i need to look out for when it comes to looking at the evo??

Thanks for the help

Tim

Simple. Drive both and see what suits you!

I haven't driven an MR, only a standard VIII. Nice car, very responsive. But after i drove an STi, i knew that was the one for me.

The STi just felt like a solid, well built machine.
The Evo on the other hand felt a little cheap for a $60k+ car. It drove great for sure, but there's more to a car than it just being fast. For me, it kinda fell like it was gonna fall apart. But that's just my opinion.

Seriously, the best thing you can do is drive them both. Can't go wrong with either! An VIII MR would rip ass.
