Busselton (Southbound)
Just returned from Busselton, working at the Southbound festival and i am very dissapointed.
I saw ONE, just ONE other wrx. I felt like an alien amongst staring commodore and land cruiser drivers. This is truly sad, i am used to the city here where i cant drive for ten minutes without getting at least three waves or nods from fellow drivers/PWRX members. Also kids love sideways WRXs on gravel roads :P |

There are plenty of Rexes which live in the Busselton/ Dunsborough area...perhaps they all kept away from the concert mayhem...

Haha, I was down there mate, for the past week and was at southbound too. We were staying around Eagle Bay and saw minimal wrx action as well.

Yeh, interestingly cops ignored me, even with the big ass BOV noise, and gurgling backfiring exhaust.
Very strange, and i wasnt just talking about the concert area, i drove up to yallingup and back too.... |

Cops don't pull you over to check BOV's and exhaust DB down here mate, not even for 10k's over the limit. Many country cops believe that a well kitted car doing 120 is safer than a beat up bomber doing the same.
Country cops are a rare, and proper breed. Cheers, Nik |
