Few pics of mine guys, following on from my intro in the introductions section.

Standard MY01 Bug eye Wagon, apart from the 18" Boss wheels and the stereo. Colour coded skirts coming soon, cant lower the car until i move house later this year as wont get it down the driveway..... will be looking at a couple of mods soon, exhaust and tune etc just to get a little more go.

Opinions on the wheels please, I really liked them at first (only had the car 2 weeks) but i saw a silver bug eye lowered on some black (possibly) split rims and it looked really good so now im having thoughts...... they will be staying for now though as spent all my money buying the car

Hey dude, my honest opinion is that the wheels are crap.....

I think the car would look a whole heap better with something like CR KAIs....

But that's a really clean bug man, looks like you look after it...is that a twin tip stainless steel exhaust? looks great!

But at the end of the day, if you like the rims, who cares!

For a cheap and simple change of wheels (if you really don't like them) is to spray them black.

However if you just wait until you lower the car it'll have a completely differ look.

If that doesn't do it for you then wait til you have funds and buy a set of Rotas etc for around $1k, they have plenty of differ styles which are basically copies of the popular big brand wheels.

Thanks for the honesty mate, im really in 2 minds over them. KAI's do look awesome i must admit. i even thought about some black STI rims?
It is pretty clean, few little car park dents but im having them pulled out soon, i bought it off a 53 year old woman who was the second female owner from new so i dont think its had a hard life. 158k with full service history, serviced every 5k. To my knowledge thats the standard exhaust on it...?



Makes sense but im not sure how they will look black, like you say it might be best to wait until i lower it. might hunt down a cheap set of standard rims to use for a couple of months until i sort the suspension.
