Are stick-on plates road legal? I was under the impression they are legal for competition, and sometimes for getting between events (car not on the road for long) but if it's there permanently, expect trouble ..

Nice Jan, I bought the 3" Trust Power Extreme II for mine and it's absolutely beautiful, perfect fit, no drone and quiet at idle but great sound at WOT. You cant beat Jap spec imo. Should be able to hear you going down the street once you get those pipes on!

as long as the sticker is a reflective one (ie: same as the licence plate, and the text size is reasonable in comparrison to a normal slimline plate) then there should be no problem. There are cars driving around with stickers on the front and have had them on for ages... don't see why not.

My cousin has had a stick on plate on his Integra for ages and never had a problem to my knowledge.

Yes they are illegal - mine will be reflective and exactly the same size as the real plate though, so hopefully that'll minimize problems.

I got a fine a few years back for a stick on plate. I got it because they said it was non-reflective......
