The owner of the vehicle had interstate plates on the vehicle for the last 3 year here in Perth, he was just lazy to change them from VIC to WA plates.

It would of been the previous owner at the pits getting it licensed, because he was there for about 5 hours. When he got the WA plates he told me how crappy the WA vehicle centres are ahehahea.

I reckon that the kit only makes 20-30kw more then stock but it makes the car drive better in the low range and beefs up the mid range in torque.
But Im not sure yet, have to put it on the dyno

*stock STI are sooo slow below 3 grand, even a stock lancer can beat ya *
