Well the car has sold and the plates have been put into storage for the next project.

With the sale of the car, and my recent job move (left RMS), it seems that I have bugger all to do with Subaru's now I just wanted to say a quick thanks to the forum which played a big part in my early efforts on the car. A lot of the new crowd prob won't know me, but a big thanks to the main guys of the old school crew (not the old old school) - Dan C., Morgan, Jamie, Blaise and heaps of others. Lotsa great memories of 2am cruises, tunnel runs, AHG drive days, motorvations etc etc

For now I'm on a savings binge in preperation for my new project, which won't be as crazy as the rex, but just as much fun (no it won't be another Subaru) Give it a year or so...

In the mean time, I'm sure I can scam a co-drive in next years Dutton Rally (hint hint to anyone with a phulleh sik track car!) and I hope to see some of the old timers and young blood getting into it. Otherwise I'm sure I'll see some of you down at AHG to give you some instruction on your Drive Days.

For now though...

...this is Alex - GETAGRIP

Signing off.....

Wow, sorry to see the end of that era for you. How many trophies did you and your car collect over the years? Must be a preety big pool room haha. All the best for the future Alex
