Hey, welcome.

Nice looking ride.

There are lots of posts about the pits (some recent), use the search button and have a read.

If you still need answers ask away.

Did you transfer it into your name in NSW? If not then sorry to tell you but it is now effectively unlicensed. Will need a permit to drive it to the pits etc.

you can only use the nsw rego if you've got a fixed nsw address
when you "de-register" you'll get a refund back on the remaining nsw rego

if you haven't got a nsw address, ie live there, and your car is here, you're technically driving a non registered vehicle. i strongly suggest you don't drive it at all until you get a temporary permit. otherwise your ass is grass and the cops will have a field day with you!

correct me if i'm wrong

Its actually If you've paid stamp duty in NSW. If not the vehicle is unlicensed the minute it crosses the border. Fixed address/non fixed address doesn't matter.

Temporary permits are only used to repair or register a vehicle. Not general course of driving.
