nice bug im jel! regarding boosting to 20..im sure ive read on many websites including gfb and turbosmart that there is a small amount of safe excess boost that can be pulled....thus not causing too much excess strain to drivetrain...correct me if im wrong but 20 seems to be a lil high for a td04 doesnt it?

Strange your only getting 205hp at 20 psi. I got 205 from 13psi with a td04.

I said to the boys at ASG to give it a verso and as much boost thats safe for the stock turbo and ecu and thats what they gave me .

I dont know how long this turbo will go until it shits itself but i was told to go up the next size and a bit more boost will be added with the next tune.

I dont intend to go after market ecu as i consider this rex finished with mods as its only a daily driver.
We all know a modded car is never finished :D

205 hp on 20 psi is what it says on the print out.
Im sure the sparkplugs are the originals since new and proberly did not help and only premium fuel that was used in the tank.

The 95RON would be killing it.

Question....did u notice the power increase after adding the air filter/tmic/exhaust or not really until u had it versofied??

Also whats going on with the dual stage boost controller now that shes tuned?? has it been disabled/removed??

Google says 205 hp = 152.868474 kilowatts

Redbook says these do '160kW @ 5600rpm STOCK '
