Default Santa is cool...

Hi all,
Well I put this under the Christmas tree..

By joeman777

and this is what showed up...

By joeman777

After owning the MY99 for 6 years and watching it clock 100K on Monday, I thought it was time to upgrade and after much procrastinating over the choice of STi model to get, I settled for an MY05 STi. I have to say I do like the peanut eye. Last of the 2L engine, DCCD yada yada yada...

Has 49.7K on the clock and is in pretty good condition and has had it's 50K service. It is an April 05 build date.

Currently has STi pink springs and STi lock nut kit. Thanks to Broomy, I have a set of STi braided brake lines to go in soon. Looking for an STi strut bar at present. It has an XForce cat back exhaust on it now, but this will change in the future to TBE plus Verso.

MMS checked the car and gave it a clean bill of health.

Anyhow, I hope to see you all out there and perhaps catch up at the Hydey for a Friday lunch in the new year

Cheers,

Joe.

It's funny how members of my family didn't notice the change of car even with the exhaust note being much louder....

Mum only noticed as I left on Xmas day coz the number plates were different.

Dad thought I had just changed the spoiler...

I like WR Blue I'm afraid, even if it is common.

Joe.

that's amazing.... its like my grandmother who said "your aunt bought a new car, the red one was too expensive so she got a white one instead"
