Default ey up!

Hello all,

A mate of mine and sti owner put me onto this site and as a new member i guess i should introduce myself :]

just purchased a silver MY01 bugeye as my new project after deciding to part ways with my faithful black skyline.

should be able to pick up the car this week and settle in for some driving and hopefully make it to the next cruise ( just missed out on Rexpo :/ )

like to take the chance to ask a newbie query and hopefully not get flamed for it, did a 'lazy' search but didn't see anything.

does anyone have a link to specs for the Australian MY01 bugeye? weight, power, quarter mile etc

cheers in advance! look forward to meeting some fellow rex owners

weight, same weight as all GD, dynos about 90 kw atw, quarter mile high 13 to low 14. considered the slowest in acceleration due to taller gearing... but that changes with a few mods, and is a bonus on the quarter as well

thanks for the info. looking for more of a full spec sheet with pretty much all standard info and fitments etc (PCD and things) as a reference for mods and so on.

much appreciated

just ask on this forum as u go... most aftermarket fitment is pretty much universal for similar chassis (GC and GD) and rims are the same PCD except for for the new wrx.
