welcome mate.

as many people new to the forums quickly find out, the search function is a very useful tool. there are many frequently asked questions, such as the ones you have raised, which have been answered many times. once you have done your research, then the questions that you ask wont be met with flames.

enjoy your wrx buddy

Welcome! Go speak to the guys at All Star Garage regarding a Verso Tune ($990)
Another option is an ECUTEK tune by Maximum Motor Sport or Race Torque (~$1500)
You'll find their contact information here: Perth Workshops Thread

I'd first check to see if your car has already been tuned by one of them as ECU reflashes are very common on GD rexes. (this could save you the initial 'software purchase fee' that makes the initial tunes relatively expensive)
Regarding boost levels - what mods do you have?

Why would you want a low setting?

Oh, and hello. All the information (and more you don't want) is available to you by the use of the search function. Type in a word or two that best describes what you want to find out about and viola! Answers to all questions

I'd definitely contact the workshops above to see if it has been tuned.
It would be very laggy with the front mount and TD04 on the stock tune.
