Name's Constantinos. R1 guru rider. Just managed to get myself a WRX 1998 V4 a few days ago.

Reason on PWRX: Been reading on different forums and this forum looks to have great people from knowledge to respect. Keep it up all.

Personal Car Experience:
Newbie on cars. Just owned an '04 R1 for 5 years now. Nothing more.

Car Info:
I don't have any pictures yet as i brought right the next day to a mechanic for a full check-up. Exterior as well as interior condition is excellent. Engine was losing some oil from "Gaskets". The day the car was going to the mechanic had trouble putting first gear when at stop. Also trouble downshifting to 2nd and 1st gear. Some people said it's a clutch problem, some the oil and some the tranny itself. When upshifting the tranny is soft and all gears have no problems.No clutch slipping either. So far, we found only 1KG extra oil in gearbox hehe. There were a plenty of water tubes/pipes with holes on them, sad part is, i can't find these parts in Cyprus.

I also have trouble down shifting to 1st, especially on freeway runs. Let me know what your mechanic says as I live my life a quarter mile at at time. Nothing else matters, not the mortgage, not the store, not my team and all their bullshit. For those ten seconds or less, I'm free.

He said something about Synchros. Unfortunately (again), i can't find new or used synchros. I was wondering, if someone could help me out which one would fit from this website.
(Synchronizer sets i beleive is what i'm looking for)
