Hello

Hey all I'm Jacob I love the wrx sadly insurance mobs don't like 19yr olds in them at all so im looking now to get a forester gt manual cause they will insure me in that woooooooooo (if your selling one pm me um looking to spend 10-15). My current and my first cat is a 93 suzi vit wagon lifted and made beast with spotties tires exhaust and big stereo 4wdin off road is a crazy expensive game for me so I want a road car and why not a awd one at that. If anyone wants a lil busher too it's fs soon

Hey mate, im 19 and own a wrx and you can get insured, only problem is its a killer in price, atm im paying over 3500 a year for it and if i dont claim it drops every year...

If you can fork out enough to pay for insurance they will def insure you...

Goodluck with the hunt on thw forester

Im 18 and i have 1 aswell. Maybe look into putting the car in a parents name then get put on as a named driver? Will drop the cost to about 1500?

hmm thats odd, i had my license since i was 17, now im 19 and i bought my wrx 8+ months back and im paying 900, and thats under our hole families name with me as 90% driver. Shop round man, then buy a wrx, wont be kicking yourself later.

Yer I got my licence on my 17th so off p's at my 19th I'm with gio full comp and I've Allready got a full no claims when I was trying for a wrx they said sorry noone under 25 is insurable by us in this model of car try just car and they were 2500 a year which on top of running my car is a lil out of apprentice wages

There's more than one insurance provider.

haha a WRX isn't cheap either unless you intend to keep it bog stock and drive it accordingly. As others have said have a hunt for insurance or put the car in your parents name and have yourself as a nominated driver.

Welcome!

Nothing wrong with a GT Foz if it's going to save you some cash and make yourself less of a target from Mr Plod while on P's, and if the urge hits you can always hit the dirt.

Yer I have a suzi ATM I love the beach driving and my dads old boy got massive land near to me.. My rents don't wanna do my insurance in there name annoyingly some crap bout cost more cause blah blah blah typical rents yer I like the idea of a hell sleeper forester wagon tryna get one with all the basics done to it Allready and def a electronic boost control in car so can run bugger boost for day to day getting to work and high boost on weekends for fun.. Few of my mates have turbo imPorts and high power Aussie turbos I just love the kick when the turbo spools up
