Got my forester tuned sat nearly 12 months ive known my waste gate was being lazy taking 2/3 gesrs to warm up and hold shut propperly ... any ways brand new turbo s.art gate and walbro 460 in as well as cast turbo outlet welded on and 2.5in hot side all the way to the cooler

Ended up with a low boost map of 420hp/301kw 350ftlb/410nm @fly on 20

And 504hp/375kw 450ftlb/610nm on 28psi Attachment 16752
