Hi All
Hi Everyone
I’m a long-time owner of a green 97 wrx hatch. Finally I’ve decided to spend some money on the old girl so I can enjoy her for a few years longer So far I have enjoyed going through the vast amounts of info and advice (to the point that my brain hurts!) that is available on this site. Cheers

Ok, here we go. Some pics of the old girl.
The car is stock at the moment, except for a crappy diff back cannon that was on it before I bought it. At the moment the mods that will be happening in the next few weeks will be mainly bolt on additions. I’m looking at are the usual suspects vf34, TBE, Air pod, bigger injectors and a front mount. As my computer is as tuneable as a brick, I’m looking at a vipec ecu (this way I can throw away the $1000 AFM I just had put in!). The motor and gear box is in good condition. I’ve never thrashed it and it has always been looked after and serviced. I’m under no illusion that the motor and gearbox is the weakest spot and if it dies, well I cross that bridge when I get to it. I’m not reliant on this car being a daily driver, so that is why I’m taking my time doing this. You know like the old saying, do it once, do it right. I welcome and appreciate any advice and opinions you guys out there may have. Cheers
