Default New WRX Owner

Hi guys, Bought my first wrx 10 months ago and love it! I bought a 2011 premium Black sedan. I am thinking of just tweaking the performance a bit and been looking on line and came across COBB in America. Was thinking of just doing the intake and down pipe to start with. Has anyone bought anything from COBB or heard much about their parts?

Welcome.

I know of one member who had the COBB intake installed (no issues with the installation of the intake) but had problems with getting the ECU retuned to suit.

Plenty of info on mods for the newer generation of wrx's, just need to scour over the driveway/introduction thread and possibly do a little bit of searching.

All the best with the modding path

Welcome.
Don't waste your time with COBB, intended for US spec WRX's only.

Is there any other performance part sights you could recommend me to check out then?

Well, based on recomendations given to me.. Leave the stock intake, any other intake will not actually improve anything except for the noise it makes. Don't bother with just a downpipe, get the full TBE. Plenty of them around. I have an X-Force 3" ss quad tip TBE, many other people on here have butler ones and custom mades.
