Default How to identify which GC8 engine version

Hi,

I'm David from Indonesia and I'm new to this forum. It's my first time to subie and I'd like to ask for help. I wanna buy the GC8 engine and I was told that this engine is the version 4 and it's the GC8E STI. I just do not want to get ripped off. Could anyone enlighten me how to make sure the the engine is being offerred to me is as what being said.
