Hey Everyone, I just joined up today and here's my brilliant introductory post!

I have had my WRX since April 2013, but had no idea about this awesome community. Great idea!

I have a 2004 MY04 Impreza Wrx. She's an automatic, but I still love her! She's pretty much stock. Got black rims and a 3.5 inch exhaust system, it hasn't been linked all the way up yet properly, but finishing it soon. Planning to get new tyres, better stereo as the stock sound is garbage and also planning to put in some gauges.

This forum could be a great place for ideas to make my little Wrx a beast, or atleast a bit better :)

I'm saving up for a new Wrx, probably 2009-11 model.

Hoping I don't cop too much stick for having an automatic!

Anyways that's all I really have to say, hope I haven't waffled on too much!

I didn't know they made autos still. thought that was only on earliest models.
I have the wagon model in blue (manual though :P ) Standard apart from exhaust.

They stopped making the automatics in 2005, I decided on the auto just because I am using my wrx as a daily and want to save up for a proper Sti :)

Been having a look in the driveway section, so many beast rexys here! I think I'm going to fit right in, awesome to see people as obsessed as I am haha

Sounds like a decent initiation! I live pretty close to Leederville and I work at the top of the hill at Pisconeri Wholesalers so I am usually in leederville atleast once a week and the garden is pretty good for a beer :)

But if there's a legit social event at a bar or whatever for newcomers I'd be keen, I only moved up to Perth just over a year ago and I don't know many people up here yet.

There's Fridays where a crew meets up for lunch and beers, thats a good way to meet a few people...check out 'Friday Lunch Styles' thread and join in ;)
You can also post a legit meet up at bar for beers and laughs event once you're a forum supporter...a few on here always keen for a drink

I'm sure there are lots around our age group, a few I have met already.

I am 21, or 2 and a half depending on who you speak to. :p

All ages mate...from 20-60+ around this forum

I have read all through the posts and am well aware of the leedy joke. I have been here quite some time.

The point is you are continually taking the piss or taking shots at other long standing members, whether it is
intentional or not and/or a joke or not, it is not the done thing here and you do not have the standing within
this community yet to continue in this manner.

Telling me to chill is not going to help.

Dude when you're constantly having to tell people to "chill out" or take you a different way then you're doing something wrong. I think you should just chill out yourself and keep the member roasting to a minimum, it's not working for you.
