Default My First Subaru :)

Hi all,

I just bought my first Subaru I always had fords or holdens but to be honest I was pretty fed up of them going wrong and thought I'd try something different. I have always been a fan of the Impreza when seeing them driving about and thought 'why the hell not'. So I bit the bullet and just bought myself a 2011 G3 Impreza WRX STI Spec R 6sp manual!! Then I flew back to work the next day I pick up my new beast in 3 weeks when I get home. Thought I'd check out the forum and introduce myself. Am interested in getting out and about and finding out what this car is capable of

Yeah that's the one. Tried uploading pics but only the seat one loaded for some reason. Just trying to work out how to post the rest haha. Yeah I'm fairly confident that I'll have a lot more fun driving this one.

Thanks. I'm already finding it hard to resist all the internet sites offering modifications no doubt I will be posting and asking for advise in the near future.

Nice choice! Awesome car, I did the same from a VE Commodore to WRX, just loved how light and responsive the car felt. Enjoy!

Yeah I had a BA Falcon XR6 and have had 2 VE Commodores. Haven't had the chance to drive my WRX yet (apart from the test drive) but I'm excited to get back from work and get in it. Pretty sure I'll love it. Thanks guys, starting to believe I made the right choice.
