Looks great. The AEM intake looks really different to the others that I have seen. I love the sound too. No need for a venting BOV with the AEM.

Could I ask how much the turbo beanie was and where did you get it? I may get one for my car.

Rally sport it dude ptp turbo blankets they make them for stock ihi turbos and bigger aftermarket turbos dei does awesome ones as well. The cai sounds like a

Brett, MTQ at malaga also do beanies. I think I got mine for $155, gt30 size.

Of course but I've heard a few before they sounded pretty fucking shit. The AEM and PW in-guard sound so good!

Sorry to steal your thread but does a beanie accelerate routing on the turbine housing or any negatives compared to a traditional heat shield?

Keeps heat in which promotes spool, just don't drive hard and shut it down, let it cool normally as most people would before turning off.

Obviously a wrapped up pipe, headers, downpipe as well for better heat management to keep it away from the TMIC as much as possible.

I've been running one now for 6+ months, which see's some antilag, so even hotter again, so far no issues.
