Default G3 New-Bee

Hi all.

Im proud to finally own a rex and join the club.
I thought i better introduce myself formally instead of just roaming your posts.
Im Ash and a live south of the river, Perth.
I drive a charcoal dark grey G3 sedan that's what i guess is a stage 2. She currently only has 28thousand kms on the clock so she is pretty fresh. You would be able to tell its me driving around with the yellow kartboy Barcode on my back window.
- kartboy shift kit (full bush kit)
- full xforce exhaust to turbo
- custom tune
- midnight tint
- after maket double din gps headunit
- cobb shift knob
looking into front and rear sway bars at the moment and brake kits.
All tuning and exhaust works done with Mao at EvolutionR.
il be sure to upload some pictures and my dino chart in the next week.

So thanks for having me here guys and girls.

Welcome. Personally I wouldn't bother with a brake kit unless you have a healthy wallop of horsepower and/or tracking your car very regularly. Better pads will see an improvement on the streets and if you start to track your car, a pair (front) or set of new rotors should suffice.

Here's my dino chart, for comparison:

matto20v, Jezza, Soksta and 11 others like this.

Cheers Trolley, made me laugh. However i do believe your right regarding the brake kit.

Cant post pics for some reason, however i got 407torque & 275hp atm.

Welcome mate

Regarding the sway bars I just had front and rear with an anti-lift kit done on my sti and it made a big improvement, I could see how the more comfy body rolling wrx would improve a lot

Those hp and torque figures seem fairly high for an exhaust and tune

Thanks seagull. I thought they were high also, but i believe its the type of dyno. They remove the tyres and the axel bolts straight on.
Regarding 1/4 mile, i wouldnt even try. Defeats the purpose of owning a rex doesn't it.
The plugs were also failing during the last tune. Thats why its shaves off so fast.
