Stock for the STi is 245/40/18 on 8.5 inch. I am surprised that these wouldn't fit and clear with some slight camber.

Sti has flaired arches no?

They will fit, I just thought I would have more play.

Ideally i wanted 245/35/18 for less rolling diameter difference but that be a nightmare on rims especially mine

Just Rota T2R 18x9.5-38 with S1 evo 265/35/18. The wheels are a bit heavy but they were great value at $800 new.

The factory R spec BBS looked like pizza cutters after putting some camber and alignment through the car.

Stops any kind of shopping trolley style too.

I have 245/40 r18 on my foz can test fit if you want to

using the Perth-WRX mobile app

Guards part rolled and very slight pull at the rear. The main issue I have is actually the fronts due to the castor settings moves the wheels well forward in the arches.
