Hey guys and girls

I am the proud owner of a WRX MY15. Loving the look, the handling and the AWD. My previous car was a Nissan 350z, which was an awesome car... but I am so glad I made the jump to the world of Subie!

My car is stock at the moment. I will be looking to do some cosmetic mods soon and later some performance mods. I'll be posting threads soon for advice. Looking forward to hearing from all of you.

Cheers

Kev

Nice car

I've got the premium in the same colour. Totally fell in love with it after switching from a Nissan. It's such a different drive!

Hey mate Welcome. I also have an MY15 but I got the STI. Was reading through my warrent book the other day doesn't sound like we can do any mods with out voiding it. If you find otherwise let me know as I find mine is far to quiet and found that 2500 for the subaru cat back exhaust was far too extreme.

Cat back or even turbo back exhausts shouldn't void the warranty. I know it says in the book that modifications need to approved by the manufacturer etc how wrong is that...! Lol but seriously hubby used to work for Subaru and the amount of warranty jobs they had a while back and the cars used to come in with heavy mods and still got approved for warranty work!

He just said to keep the standard system just in case

Saw today in Subaru Wangara a brand new WRX including Invidia Titanium tipped 'sports' exhaust (not sure if TBE or CBE), CAI and YOLO 19" wheel package for $49,xxx on the road. So you'd assume these would all be covered under warranty?

Was interesting to see the CAI heads off in the opposite direction to mine...e.g. the piping goes off into the front wing, then back under the K&N filter to the engine. Doesn't look like a shorter route at all?
