Hi everyone am new to this site , back in a Subaru after a few years and many cars in between this ones a liberty rs,it's my second rs and I had a 2000 gc8 back in the day it was a great vehicle. Im hoping to hear from anyone that's changed a gearbox in their subaru as mine is stuffed,any useful tips would be great, i have a GD wrx with a good box and clutch ,my main question before I start is have any of you managed to swap over a gearbox in the driveway on jackstands or do you really need a hoist,I have done a few gearboxes before but this my first subaru so any advice would be greatly appreciated,thanks guys.
