Default Hi From Blighty

Hi Everyone

I've just joined your forum and I'm in England so sorry but I simply can't resist saying G'Day Cobber.

My ride is an RB5 which I've owned since 1999.

My interests are 4 wheeled motorsport of almost any kind (although I've got to say sorry drifters but I just don't get the point of that).

I believe your site is good for technical information, I'm after the ECU pinout for a 2006 Impreza STi, hopefully the next rally car.
Maybe someone can help, likewise if I can help any of you guys in some way just ask.

I have attached a couple of picture of my sons GC8 rally car taken a while ago.

Welcome aboard mate. Can't help you with the tech shit your after, someone here should be able to point you in the right direction.

Have you tried using the search button?

Love the pics, the second one is a cracker! Good work.

Lovely looking car. You must have put a lot of time and effort into keeping it like that.
I haven't seen that roll cage before. Is it specific to Aus?

This is a great site. Just a shame it's the other side of the world to me.

It's an CAMS & FIA approved cage....the horizontal bars were designed to protect in a side impact. Yes, the car was looked after and had a few $$ spent on it. We had great fun with it, but the time came to move on to another completely different project - restoring a 1969 Renault Alpine A110.

This forum used to be a very useful site, but over the last year or so it has slowly lost input and popularity, but there are still many useful old posts that you can access by searching. I guess like everything else in the world, Facebook seems to have replaced forums like this. I guess it's a lot easier for somebody to set up a Facebook group than maintain a website forum....perhaps the world is getting lazier....
