As Matt said to us yesterday though. What the crap are you using those rubbish worm drive clamps for? Get some propper T bolt clamps on!
I did use T-bolt clamps at one stage but we removed them... I am going to look at getting wiggins clamps which although very expensive will ensure that they dont come apart.

Yeh the car was running brilliantly the day before, so i was really excited to get it on the track especially one that although hard isnt the most technical course compared to the other ones in the series.

Russ spotted that the clamp had shifted but the way it was mounted meant that we couldnt get access to it unless we removed the intake pipe carbon shroud etc.. so i just decided to see how it went..

Thats motorsport as they say...

Good vids Russell....is there another go pro attachment so you can hang the camera lower in the inside view? I saw it on NASIOC once...works a little bit better because the rear view mirror isn't in the way...

Thanks mate! yeah i have built a mount to go onto my rear harness bar that i will adapt to the go pro mount. If you can find me the link of the other ones that would be great though! The vid was a bit high and cant really see much out of it.

I don't remember the exact link but it's similar to this

My GoPro Setup - NASIOC

Scroll to near the bottom.

Basically the guy got some extra pieces from the existing gp pro attachments and just made it longer so it positioned the camera lower, if that makes sense.

Why is Franz the only person in the world to mount a go pro?
